Our goal is simple - to make our Wai'anae community a better place to live. Our purpose is to provide pet food to those struggling financially in an effort to decrease pet abandonment. Nobody should have to give up their pet.

Pet Food Drives are normally twice a month on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm IF we have enough food. Please check our Facebook page for dates and for instructions on obtaining food for your pet.
Food Donation Drop-Off or Pick-Up
Call us and we will pick up!
You can drop off donations Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or we will pick up directly from you. Waianae Wags is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization and we are so very grateful to all of our donors who enable us to continue our work to feed Waianae's pets during these difficult times.
Our Story
Behind the Scenes
Waianae Wags is a family effort that began after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We noticed more and more animals being abandoned in our community and began efforts to provide pet owners with food so they could afford to keep their pets. We are currently feeding several hundred pets a month thanks to our generous private donors and partners including the Hawaii Food Bank and the Hawaiian Humane Society.
